  • To keep our wedding intimate, invitations are extended only to those listed on your invitation.

  • We love your little ones, however our wedding day will be an adults-only celebration unless otherwise specified on your invitation.

    Children are warmly welcome at our Tea Ceremony and Welcome BBQ. If you plan to bring them, please be sure to include them in your RSVP.

  • Please RSVP by 29th May 2026 so we can finalise numbers with the venue and make sure everything is organised for the day.

  • The dress code is Black Tie.

    Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a tuxedo or dark formal suit with a bow tie or tie.
    Ladies are invited to wear an evening gown or elegant formal attire.

    It would truly be the highlight of our night to see all our guests looking amazing as we celebrate together.

  • The ceremony and canapés will take place outdoors on the Riverfront Terrace.

    The reception will be inside Waters Edge overlooking the Brisbane River.

  • Waters Edge is located in Hamilton, just 15 minutes from Brisbane Airport and about 10 minutes from Brisbane City.

    The easiest way to arrive is by Uber or taxi, which are widely available throughout Brisbane. We recommend getting an Uber as taxi drivers can sometimes overcharge.

  • Yes. Parking is available in the surrounding area near Waters Edge. There is undercover parking but it is not free.

    We recommend allowing a little extra time to find parking if you plan to drive.

  • Guests are kindly asked to arrive at Waters Edge by 3:30pm so everyone can be seated before the ceremony begins.

    The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm on the Riverfront Terrace.

  • We kindly ask guests to keep phones and cameras away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present with us in the moment.

    Our photographer and videographer will capture everything and we promise to share the photos and videos afterwards!

  • Following the ceremony, guests will remain on the terrace for canapés and drinks overlooking the river before moving inside for the reception.

  • The celebration will continue into the evening with dinner, speeches and plenty of dancing.

    Exact finishing time will be at 10:30pm so be ready for a great night celebrating together.

  • August is one of the most beautiful times of year in Brisbane, with mild-cool temperatures and clear skies.

    The ceremony and canapés will take place outdoors on the Riverfront Terrace overlooking the Brisbane River.

  • Transportation will not be provided, however Uber and taxis are readily available throughout Brisbane and are the easiest way to travel to and from the venue.

    Waters Edge is also located just 15 minutes from Brisbane Airport and about 10 minutes from Brisbane City.

  • Brisbane is a beautiful city with plenty to explore.
